We produce AusieOlive with a strict quality control, and we do not accept returns unless you have negotiated by email to return an item prior to us receiving it.
The only time this is likely to eventuate is if there is a manufacturer’s defect (this is extremely unlikely given products are checked by the manufacturer and they are also rechecked prior to shipping) or you have given us incorrect ordering information. A change of mind does not constitute valid grounds for returning an item.
